Torres Sensational for Braves
|
Atlanta Braves starter Victor Torres pitched his team past the Toronto Blue Jays, 3-0. Mike Aguilar converted his 9th save in 11 tries. The Braves now have a record of 35-66.
The Blue Jays had trouble solving Torres, who surrendered no runs on 1 hit over 8 innings.
"We try to keep the mood light around here," said Torres. "Winning helps."
