Giants Score 6-1 Win Against Colorado
|
San Francisco Giants starter Nicolas Coppola II turned in an exceptional performance against the Colorado Rockies at AT&T Park, resulting in a San Francisco win, 6-1. With the win, San Francisco raised its record to 94-64.
The Giants got an important contribution from right fielder John Blair, who in the bottom of the fourth hit a fastball into right for a 2-run home run. It was his 9th home run of the season and put the Giants ahead, 3-0.
"I just tried to make good contact," said Blair.
