Injury Setback for Cubs Flores Friday, July 29th , 2044 Team doctors reported that the pace of recovery for Gerardo Flores has been hampered by several recent setbacks and they have reassessed his injury situation. If all goes well, the Iowa Cubs left fielder should rejoin the club in 2-3 weeks. Flores is suffering from an elbow strain. Flores is currently batting .236 with 5 home runs, 26 RBIs and 26 runs scored. He has 43 hits in 182 at-bats. |
