Bisons Prevail, as Division Championship Goes to the Wire Wednesday, October 12th , 2044 When the entire season comes down to one game, Rodrigo Briceno said you find out what a team is really about. As it turns out, the Buffalo Bisons are made of fight and tenacity, as the team got by the Pawtucket Red Sox 6-1 tonight at Coca-Cola Field in order to win the Division Championship and book a place in the next round. "It wasn't hard to get excited for this game," said Briceno, whose strong offensive output earned him MVP honors. "Our guys answered the call and proved a lot about what our team is all about." Briceno hit .455 with a .571 on-base percentage. He had 3 home runs, drove in 8 RBI and scored 7 runs.
