5-for-5 Day for Robbins Tuesday, August 9th , 2044 It was high-fives all around for Zach Robbins at Academia de Abel Garcia today. He got them from his teammates and he got them at the plate during an outstanding hitting performance against the Idaho Falls Chukars. Robbins smashed 5 hits in 5 at-bats on his monster day, leading his club to a 26-1 win. "Zach was hitting everything," said Angels manager Cory Spangenberg. "It really was a special game for him." In the opposing dugout, Chukars manager told BNN beat writers that Robbins "ambushed" the club. "Obviously we didn't have much success against him, but we'll have another chance," the skipper said. "Hopefully, Robbins oversleeps next time." Zach Robbins hit a three-run home run off Chris Shoemaker in the 2nd, hit an RBI single in the 2nd, hit an RBI single in the 3rd, doubled in the 5th, hit an RBI single in the 6th and walked in the 7th.
