NL Names Best Player Monday, August 15th , 2044 Tri-City Dust Devils left fielder Jaden Scott walked away with the National League Player of the Week Award today after putting up some impressive numbers over the past seven days. "The Dust Devils fans are really behind me right now," said the 21-year-old. "That helps. They give you the confidence to go out there and do better." Scott batted .500 (10-for-20) with 2 home runs and 9 RBIs this week on his way to the award. On the year Scott is hitting .294 with 101 hits, 12 home runs, 59 RBIs, .388 OBP and has scored 61 runs. |
