Ramos Garners NYP Batter of the Month Award Thursday, September 1st , 2044 When Edwin Ramos stepped up to the plate in August he did it with confidence, and today he was honored with the McNamara Division Batter of the Month award. The young Aberdeen first baseman posted a .324 batting average with 12 home runs, 40 RBIs and scored 32 runs. Ramos also worked pitchers for 11 walks to post a .395 on-base percentage. This season Ramos is hitting .293 with 121 hits, 35 home runs, 125 RBIs, scored 97 runs and played in 109 games. |
