Braves Dominate, Sweep Conference Championship

With a 10-0 win to wrap up the series at Russell Diethrick Park, the Rome Braves have eliminated the West Virginia Black Bears in the Conference Championship and move on to the World Series.
Rome controlled the series from the outset and won it in a 4-0 sweep.
Ike Trout led the charge offensively for the victors, winning series MVP honors. He posted a .474 batting average, along with a .500 on-base percentage. He had 1 home runs, drove in 9 RBI and scored 4 runs.
"We're not done yet," the MVP said. "There is still a lot to accomplish."
The World Series matchups and schedule will be announced after the Conference Championship finishes.
