Tigers Out of Time, Out of Playoffs Wednesday, January 6th , 2044 There will certainly be no championship parade for the Detroit (WIN) Tigers this season. They were already on the outside looking in for the playoff chase, but the club was officially eliminated from contention today. Detroit (WIN) last appeared in the postseason in 2036. This is their 7th consecutive year missing the playoffs, and in total they have not advanced past the regular season 22 times in their 28 - year history. In the last 10 seasons, the Tigers have made the playoffs 2 times. |
