League Suspends Klijnsma and Usrey for Fisticuffs Tuesday, January 12th , 2044 Otte Klijnsma of the Atlanta (WIN) Braves and Eddie Usrey of the Los Angeles (WIN) Dodgers received notification from the league commissioner's office that they had been suspended for 2 and 6 games respectively for their part in the on-field ruckus in a recent game at Champion Stadium. This season Klijnsma is hitting .287 with 27 hits, 4 home runs, 18 RBIs, scored 15 runs and played in 29 games. In 10 starts this season Usrey has compiled a 1-6 record and a 5.87 ERA. |
