A Player of the Week Chosen Monday, December 26th , 2044 So far in his young career, Dave Barefoot has kept a low profile, but after his performance at the plate last week, he attracted the notice of the rest of the Division A in a big way as he was named the Player of the Week today for his efforts. The 23-year-old Cincinnati (WIN) Reds shortstop hit at a torrid .524 clip as he collected 11 hits in 21 at-bats, 2 home runs, 3 RBIs and 5 runs scored. Currently Barefoot is batting .313 with 5 home runs and 8 RBIs. |
