Goldeyes Out of Time, Out of Playoffs Tuesday, October 4th , 2044 In the middle of a disastrous season, it would be understandable if Winnipeg Goldeyes fans had already started to turn their attention to next year. Doubly so as of today, as the Goldeyes have now been officially eliminated from playoff contention. Winnipeg last appeared in the postseason in 2038. This is their 6th consecutive year missing the playoffs, and in total they have not advanced past the regular season 11 times in their 23 - year history. In the last 10 seasons, the Goldeyes have made the playoffs 6 times. |
