Yamane and Tanaka Fight, Get Suspended Wednesday, October 5th , 2044 Yutaka Yamane of the Florida State University Seminoles and Kenyu Tanaka of the University of Alabama Crimson Tide will be on the sidelines for a few days. They have been suspended for 4 and 6 games respectively by the league office for causing the bench-emptying free-for-all at the recent Seminoles-Crimson Tide game at Ballpark of Memphis. Neither player had any comment about the suspensions. Both clubs told BNN Yamane and Tanaka will begin serving them soon. For the season Yamane is hitting .329, batted in 6 runs with no home runs and 18 runs scored. This season Tanaka has registered 1 win and 3 losses in 9 starts with a 4.29 ERA. |
