|
The Seattle Mariners got a superb performance from pitcher Larry Tuckfard, but the Houston Astros still won the game, 4-3. Tuckfard threw 6.1 innings allowing 4 runs. Prince Gibson, who went 5.2 innings, was the winning pitcher. He was charged with 2 runs on 7 hits, while walking 5 and striking out 3. His record now stands at 3-8.
