Trice Bashes 6 Base Hits
All game long, Kelowna's Troy Trice was rattling the walls at Palm Beach Ballpark and banging out base hits against the Palm Beach Nationals. When the dust finally settled on the diamond, he had a 6-hit day and the Heat had a 25-5 victory.

Speaking with reporters after his standout performance, the 19-year-old left fielder said, "Get 6 hits, win a ballgame, it's nice. I could get used to this."

Troy Trice hit an RBI single in the 1st, hit a two-run single in the 1st, hit an RBI single in the 3rd, hit an RBI double in the 5th, singled in the 5th, hit a two-run home run off Jimmy Purscell in the 7th and struck out in the 8th.

This year Trice has hit at a .378 pace and produced 52 RBIs, 7 home runs and scored 40 runs.
