The Milwaukee Brewers got a stellar performance from pitcher Lewis Thorpe Jr., who handcuffed the Cleveland offense en route to a win, 5-1, at Progressive Field. Milwaukee has now won 4 games in a row.

Milwaukee used a timely hit from Daniel Donovan to get the win. The left fielder stroked a run-scoring double in the top of the seventh inning to put the Brewers ahead, 2-1. It was his only hit in 4 at-bats, but it made an impact.

Donovan told a Milwaukee Citizen reporter that he was "more than satisfied" with the win.
