David Best said "it felt like taking batting practice" today at Arthur W. Perdue Stadium, and it showed in the box score. The Delmarva right fielder had a fantastic 5-for-5 day against the Lexington Legends, leading his club to victory, 34-3.

"I was seeing the ball very well and it was going just about anywhere I wanted," Best said later."

David Best singled in the 1st, walked in the 3rd, singled in the 4th, doubled in the 5th, walked in the 6th, hit a two-run home run off Andy Urquhart in the 7th and hit a two-run single in the 8th.

So far this season Best has hit .385 with 3 home runs, 10 RBIs and scored 9 times.
