Division Remains Up for Grabs, but Daytona in Postseason Thursday, January 12th , 2045 The Daytona Tortugas celebration was a bit downplayed today, as the team officially secured a playoff spot. Starting Pitcher Ed Chavez said his club expected to have got to the playoffs and thus, it's not as exciting as it will be when the team wins the A Division or advances to the World Series. The Tortugas record currently sits at 25-16 and they will be vying for the 2nd California Winter League championship in franchise history. |
