Brito Gets B Batter of the Month Trophy Wednesday, February 1st , 2045 Jorge Brito has a lot going for him. The Frederick third baseman just broke into the majors this year and now the B Division has just picked him as its top hitter for January. In 16 games last month this outstanding rookie batted .278 with 11 home runs, 23 RBIs and 14 runs scored. So far this season, Brito has recorded a .234 batting average with 34 hits, 17 home runs, 37 RBIs, 26 runs scored and a .339 OBP. |
