Brown Smacks 4 Homers Against Lexington Friday, August 18th , 2045 Fans at Community Field won't soon forget the raw display of power put on by Burlington Bees center fielder Butch Brown today. Brown smashed 4 home runs in Burlington's 38-0 victory over the Lexington Legends. "To be honest with you, I have never even thought about hitting this many home runs in a game," Brown said to reporters after the game. "Only legends hit this many home runs in a game and I ain't no legend." In his history-making performance, Brown victimized Lexington hurlers for 6 hits in 8 at-bats with 4 runs scored and 15 RBIs. "What he did was unbelievable," said Lexington manager Tyler Sturdevant. "My guys gave it their best, but he hit some fine pitches. He was like -- he was in automatic home run mode today. He just had that great swing. It didn't matter what we threw him. It was gone."
