Season Over for Stewart Friday, August 25th , 2045 Obviously disappointed, Mike Stewart confirmed today that his season is officially over. The Charleston reliever offered mostly monosyllabic responses to reporters. "Nope," he said, when asked if he might possibly return this year. The 25-year-old Stewart suffered a torn flexor tendon in his elbow on 08/24/2045 and has been out of action since. This year his season stats show Stewart has no saves in 16 relief appearances with a 0-2 record and 3.86 ERA. |
