Eisen Collects Cycle Friday, September 1st , 2045 Finishing with 4 hits is a great day for any player, but Adam Eisen made it even more special by hitting for the cycle at Four Winds Field at Coveleski Stadium today. Eisen had 1 single, 1 double, 1 triple and 1 home run for the Peoria Chiefs and led them to a 15-7 decision over the South Bend Cubs. The center fielder also finished with 2 runs scored and 5 runs batted in. "Awesome," Eisen said when asked how the accomplishment felt. Adam Eisen tripled in the 2nd, singled in the 3rd, struck out in the 5th, hit a two-run double in the 6th, flied out in the 7th and hit a three-run home run off Shuan-yan Wu in the 9th. So far in 2045 Eisen is batting .235 with 6 home runs, 54 RBIs and 49 runs scored. He has 77 hits in 328 at-bats and a .349 OBP. |
