American League Best Pitcher Named Wednesday, November 22nd , 2045 22-year-old Chris Ross of the Bowling Green Hot Rods put together a good year in 2045 for such a young player. Ross was named today as the winner of the American League Outstanding Pitcher Award. Ross crafted an impressive 20-5 record and a 2.42 ERA. In 208 innings he allowed 119 hits, struck out 271, and walked 51. He received 30 first place votes, as a unanimous winner. Jason Cheek of the Bowling Green Hot Rods finished second in voting, while Jose Robles of the Bowling Green Hot Rods finished third.
