Suspensions Handed Out for Bench-Clearing Brawl Tuesday, June 20th , 2045 Victor Orozco of Chicago (NYP) and Josh Brewer of Los Angeles (NYP) were the main participants in a recent bench-clearing brawl and today the league handed out its punishment. Orozco will have to miss 5 games for his part in the brawl, while Brewer was given 6 games. League officials announced their suspensions today. This year Orozco is hitting .239 with 3 home runs. This year Brewer has registered no wins and 12 losses in 15 starts with a 8.95 ERA while registering 31 strikeouts and 52 walks in 66.1 innings. |
