Kawai Stands Out in Spokane Shutout Friday, August 4th , 2045 Masataka Kawai of the Spokane Indians dominated the day at Avista Stadium today, pitching shutout ball against the Spinners and holding them to 2 hits. He fanned 12 and walked 0 in spinning the 12-0 win. "I can't take all the credit for this one," Kawai said. "I had some great defense behind me."
