Cleary Shows Off, Hits for Cycle

Today at Medlar Field at Lubrano Park, State College Spikes third baseman Tim Cleary accomplished a true baseball rarity, knocking a single, double, triple and a home run to hit for the cycle and lead the Spikes to a 11-5 win over the West Virginia Black Bears.
In a standout performance, Cleary laced 5 hits in 5 at-bats and had 5 RBI.
"I felt good before the game, I felt good during it, and I feel great now," Cleary told reporters.
Tim Cleary singled in the 1st, hit an RBI double in the 2nd, hit a three-run home run off Matt Decker in the 4th, singled in the 6th and hit an RBI triple in the 7th.
So far this year in 62 games Cleary is hitting .323 with 2 home runs, 51 RBIs and 62 runs scored.
