Anderson Belts 3 HRs Friday, August 25th , 2045 Salem-Keizer Volcanoes catcher Ryan Anderson was on fire with three home runs in the 18-4 win over the Eugene Emeralds at Volcanoes Stadium today. "The first two, I got all of them and it was no doubt they were gone," Anderson said. "The last one I got lucky. It seemed like the wind helped it a little. Old Mother Nature helped me get into the record books." For the game, Anderson went 3-for-3 with 5 RBIs and 4 runs scored. Ryan Anderson walked in the 2nd, hit a three-run home run off Jose Urena in the 3rd, hit a solo-shot off Bernard Grose in the 5th, walked in the 6th and hit a solo-shot off Han-seung Hah in the 8th. This season Anderson has hit at a .300 clip with 35 RBIs, 5 home runs and 52 runs scored. |
