Weller Top Hitter in NL in August Friday, September 1st , 2045 At only 20 years of age, Alan Weller could very well be having many more months like the last this in his career. That would be great news for fans of the Williamsport Crosscutters, as August was one to remember for the first baseman and he has captured the National League Batter of the Month award. On the month he hit .328 with 4 home runs, 21 RBIs and 26 runs scored. So far this year Weller has 14 home runs and a .350 batting average. |
