Great Day for Doge -- 6 Hits Thursday, September 7th , 2045 It was a magical day at the plate for Batavia Muckdogs right fielder David Doge. The 20-year-old Doge helped lift Batavia to a 19-4 win over the Eugene Emeralds today at PK Park. Doge smacked 6 hits in 6 at-bats to spark his club to victory. David Doge singled in the 1st, singled in the 2nd, walked in a run in the 3rd, hit a two-run single in the 4th, singled in the 6th, hit an RBI single in the 7th and singled in the 9th. For the year Doge has hit .353 with 5 home runs, 95 RBIs and scored 131 runs. |
