Bearden Chosen #1 Player Monday, September 18th , 2045 It can be difficult for a young player to step out of the shadows and assert himself in the McNamara Division, but last week David Bearden of the Idaho Falls Chukars reminded everyone just why he's here as he threw up numbers that made him an easy selection for Player of the Week. Bearden rocked opposing pitching for a .478 average (11-for-23), 3 home runs and 8 RBIs to come away with the award. For the year Bearden is batting .302 with 18 home runs. |
