Pratt Brilliant, Blanks Yankees Sunday, September 24th , 2045 Steve Pratt handcuffed the Staten Island Yankees at Richmond County Bank Ballpark today, coming away with a 3-hit, complete game shutout. "I had everything working for me out there," the Vancouver Canadians left-hander said later. "I used every one of my pitches, hit both sides of the plate really well and felt like I could do whatever I wanted." With his stuff working, Pratt had little trouble with the Yankees and led the Canadians to victory, 16-0. He recorded 10 strikeouts and 2 walks in an impressive performance. For the year Pratt has a 13-2 record with a 2.07 ERA in 21 starts. |
