Super Swinger -- Hoffert Slams 5 Hits Thursday, January 12th , 2045 Jeremy Hoffert did all he could with his bat, but it just wasn't enough for the Chicago (WIN) White Sox to pull out a victory. The 20-year-old center fielder rapped out 5 hits in the game, but the White Sox could not overcome the Baltimore (WIN) Orioles. Chicago (WIN) lost the game 5-4 today at Ed Smith Stadium.
