Brewers Bieberich No-Hits Cubs Friday, December 29th , 2045 Travis Bieberich of the Milwaukee (WIN) Brewers was the King of the Hill today at Sloan Park. The Milwaukee (WIN) starter dominated the Chicago (WIN) Cubs, giving up zero hits in his 13-0 victory. "The toughest part was the last couple of innings," Bieberich recounted after the game. "You know you have a no-hitter going, and so does everybody in the ballpark. That was the hard part, keeping focused and concentrating while your heart is pounding." Bieberich recorded 13 strikeouts and 3 walks in the game. This year Bieberich has compiled a 3-3 record with a 2.30 ERA in 7 starts. |
