More Injury Problems for Cleveland's Kyle Schaible Friday, October 20th , 2045 The Cleveland Indians announced today that second baseman Kyle Schaible will not be returning as quickly as expected from injury. "There was a bit of a setback, but nothing to be concerned about," one team official told reporters. "Kyle will probably miss another one week because of this, but everyone expects him to make a full recovery." Schaible is hitting .228 this year with 10 home runs, 49 RBIs and 41 runs scored. He has 89 hits in 390 at-bats, 50 walks and a .325 on-base percentage. Schaible has played in 121 games. |
