Baltimore, Detroit Deal Made Tuesday, December 26th , 2045 It has been in the rumor mill for several weeks, but today team officials for Baltimore and Detroit confirmed an agreement. The Orioles dealt 21-year old minor league RHP Tim Bemish, 20-year old minor league 2B J.J. Basil, and a 3rd round draft pick to the Tigers for 29-year old RHP Riso Profanter and a 13th round draft pick. To date Profanter has a 4.56 ERA with 155 saves. In 348 games, he has a 28-23 won-lost mark with 432 strikeouts in 408.2 innings. |
