Player of the Week: Washington State University's Rideout Monday, October 2nd , 2045 It can be difficult for a young player to step out of the shadows and assert himself in the Division 2, but last week Jeremy Rideout of the Washington State University Cougars reminded everyone just why he's here as he threw up numbers that made him an easy selection for Player of the Week. Rideout rocked opposing pitching for a .444 average (12-for-27), 3 home runs and 7 RBIs to come away with the award. Rideout is batting at a .419 pace this season, picking up 13 hits in 31 at-bats with 3 home runs, 7 RBIs and 7 runs scored. |
