Pereyra Smacks 3 Out of the Park Wednesday, November 8th , 2045 For Jose Pereyra, it was not an average day at the ballpark. Fans at Jackie Robinson Stadium today watched Pereyra power the Vanderbilt University Commodores to a 15-2 win over the UCLA Bruins, blasting a trifecta of home runs. "I've always loved hitting in Jackie Robinson Stadium," the left fielder told reporters following his big day. "You can see the ball so well." For the game, he collected 3 hits in 5 at-bats, scored 3 runs and had 9 RBIs.
