Stanford University Loses Cavazos for Season Thursday, November 9th , 2045 The news was not unexpected, but that didn't make it easier to accept for the Stanford University Cardinal: reliever Tomas Cavazos is out for the year. Cavazos suffered a torn ulnar collateral ligament on 11/07/2045. The team knew that the chances of seeing him return were slim to none. But today it was made official. This season Cavazos has made 25 relief appearances, pitched 35.1 innings and struck out 35 with a record of no wins and 2 losses. He has compiled a 3.57 ERA and saved 4 games. |
