Bejarano and Teague Suspended 5 Games Friday, December 22nd , 2045 "I don't think I did anything wrong. I think my actions were justified." Those were the words of University of Illinois's Edwin Bejarano after a game between the Fighting Illini and Wolverines, which featured a benches-clearing fight. The league did not agree, however. Both Bejarano and the Wolverines Andy Teague will be suspended 5 games because of their actions. This season Bejarano is batting .256 with 47 RBIs, 48 runs scored and 15 home runs. |
