Marcos Tapia Blanks Niagara Falls, 28-0 Wednesday, September 6th , 2045 In a splendid 28-0 shutout performance, Marcos Tapia of the York Revolution subdued the Niagara Falls Phantoms on a 4-hitter. "He kept hitting his spots and putting up zeroes, so I kept sending him out there," York manager Collin Butkiewicz said in postgame comments. Tapia registered 11 strikeouts and no walks. Currently Tapia has a record of 3-7 with 123 strikeouts and 44 walks in 107 innings and a 3.53 ERA. |
