Brady at His Best, Blanks Brockton Wednesday, September 13th , 2045 Gil Brady held the Brockton Rox to 4 hits and fashioned a fine 4-0 shutout at Labatt Park today. Speaking after the game, London Majors manager Andrew Albers said "Brady had everything going for him today. He changed speeds effectively, stayed down, had a lot of movement. He was masterful." Brady rung up 7 strikeouts and surrendered no walks in the game. "We couldn't get anything going. He certainly had our number," Brockton manager Doug Brockett told reporters. This year Brady has a 5-6 record with a 4.13 ERA in 18 starts. |
