Towry on Fire: Burns Niagara Falls with 3 HR Sunday, October 8th , 2045 Fans are still buzzing after Hamilton whipped the Niagara Falls Phantoms by the score of 30-2 today at Niagara Falls Casino & Resort. Justin Towry smashed three home runs in the contest, a feat that would be a career highlight for most players and few fans ever see. In a tremendous performance, the second baseman bashed out 6 hits in 7 at-bats, had 10 RBIs and scored 6 times. At the postgame press conference, Towry said it was an "unbelievable" feeling to hit three home runs in a game. "Getting one homer is special, and two is great," Towry said. "Three is just... wow." Justin Towry hit an RBI double in the 1st, singled in the 3rd, hit a two-run single in the 3rd, walked in the 4th, hit a two-run home run off Chris Bryant in the 5th, hit a solo-shot off Chris Bryant in the 6th, struck out in the 8th and hit a GRAND SLAM off Chris Bryant in the 9th. Towry is currently hitting at a .301 pace with 4 home runs, 40 RBIs and has scored 39 times. |
