EL Hands Out Reliever of the Year Award Saturday, November 25th , 2045 Juan Villegas said he thinks hitters often underestimate him, as he's only 21 years old. But he'll certainly be getting a lot more respect now, as the Chester Pirates rising star has won the Eastern League Reliever of the Year Award for 2045. He captured the award on the strength of his 1.20 ERA over 90 innings. He also had 4 saves in 74 relief appearances, 138 strikeouts and only 33 walks. He received 17 first place votes out of a possible 30. Scot Abbott of the Winnipeg Goldeyes finished second in voting with 6 first place votes, while Tony Ortiz of the Chester Pirates finished third with 7 first place votes.
