EL Selects Top Manager, Majors Albers Wins Monday, November 27th , 2045 Club officials have reported seeing Andrew Albers at the ballpark as early as 7 am. His dedication, coupled with a shrewd management style and a knack for knowing "who's hot and who's not" earned Albers the Eastern League Manager of the Year Award for 2045. "I guess you could say I pushed all the right buttons at the right time for the Majors to have the season we did. But keep in mind, too, that I also had a group of dedicated ballplayers who played their hearts out. I thank them for winning this award for me." There was much joy in London this season. Their beloved Majors took second place in the Eastern League North Division, rounding out the year with a 83-49 record. |
