Collazo Slaps 6 Hits Tuesday, November 7th , 2045 Alejandro Collazo was on fire today and sparked his club to a 28-11 victory over the Tigers. The University of Conneticut shortstop was a tough out and went 6-for-6 against Louisiana State University in a fine hitting display. "I got my pitches and I connected. They all found the right holes on the diamond. Some days you hit shots and they're right at somebody and some days they fall in." Alejandro Collazo singled in the 2nd, hit a solo-shot off Jim Unknown in the 4th, hit a two-run triple in the 5th, singled in the 5th, walked in the 6th, hit a two-run single in the 7th and hit a two-run home run off Jim Unknown in the 9th. Batting .399 to date, Collazo has 10 home runs and 46 RBIs. |
