Mora Slaps 6 Hits Sunday, November 26th , 2045 Oscar Mora had an answer for everything the University of Southern California Trojans threw at him today at Dedeaux Field. The Florida State University left fielder went 6-for-8 in the game to put his name in the record book and put the Seminoles on top, 27-15. Summing up his batting philosophy to BNN writers after the game, Mora said, "I just see the ball and I hit it." Oscar Mora singled in the 1st, singled in the 3rd, grounded out in the 5th, singled in the 7th, hit a three-run double in the 8th, hit an RBI single in the 8th, hit an RBI triple in the 9th and flied out in the 9th. In his stats this season, Mora has posted a batting average of .377 with 26 hits in 69 at-bats, 2 home runs and 14 RBIs. He has also scored 19 runs, walked 9 times and compiled a .456 OBP. |
