Indians Squelch Twins Offense in Shutout Win
Cleveland shortstop Tze-meng Gan helped his team beat the Minnesota Twins, 6-0. Gan, who finished 3rd in the NL in OPS with 1.158 in 2035, went 2 for 3 for the Indians. The 4th-place Indians go to 18-24.

The Twins had been locked in a 0-0 tie with the Indians going into the bottom of the second inning. That changed quickly when the 27-year old shortstop Drtian Thaqi came to the plate. Thaqi hit a 3-run home run on a 2-2 forkball from Minnesota hurler Michael Colin. It was Thaqi's 3rd home run of the year.

"What we get, we earn," Thaqi told the Cleveland Daily.
