Cincinnati Gets 8-3 Win Against Marlins
Cincinnati designated hitter Antonio Figueroa contributed to his team's 8-3 win over the Miami Marlins. Figueroa, who finished 5th in the AL in runs with 126 in 2043, went 2 for 3 with 1 run scored to lead the offensive attack for the Reds. Cincinnati now has a record of 35-25 with the win.

With Cincinnati leading 4-2 in the bottom of the fifth, Figueroa hit a fastball from John Bialon for a 2-run double. It was his 9th double of the season and put the Reds ahead, 6-2.

"I'm just looking for a good pitch that I can hit well," said Figueroa. "And not try to do too much."
