  In the bottom of the eighth, Brian Gomez had a big 2-run  home run off Guadalupe Monez. With the home run, the Texas (APP) left fielder put his team in front, 6-4. He went 2-4 with a home run and a walk, while scoring 2 times and driving in 2 in the contest.
