Golden Bears Heading to Semi-Finals
It took a while, but the University of California Golden Bears finally disposed of the Pennsylvania State University Nittany Lions 14-7 in the series clincher at Medlar Field at Lubrano Park.

Winning the finale gave the Golden Bears the series, 2-1. They will now advance to the Semi-Finals.

The Most Valuable Player Award went to University of California right fielder Robert Gonzalez. He batted .692 in the series, collecting 2 RBIs and scoring 4 runs.

The Semi-Finals matchups and schedule will be announced after the Wildcards finishes.
